Hearing Voices

                            HEARING VOICES

 (Demonic and Psychosis)

Hearing Voices: Ask the person, “do you hear voices on the outside or the inside of your head?”

Voices heard on the outside of the head are usually signs of the mental disorder, as schizophrenia.

Voice heard on the inside: will either be demons or fragmented parts (or Psychosis.)

Ask “if they have names and what are called.”

Voices from sound technology or a soul trans-porting on to you, will be heard as commands: “Go here. Do this, etc.”

How to cope with voices:

·       Demons can’t read your mind (soul) but they can calculate their actions upon your history.

·       They can simulate any voice pattern or non-human sound.

·       To make you think negative thoughts, demons will try to link them with regular words.

·       Demons will try to keep you in the state of worry and anxiety.

·       They will eventually figure out words and past events that upset you and keep talking about them.

·       When you first experience voices in your head, don’t be tricked into believing their lies and communicating with them.

·       Absolutely NEVER follow orders or commands from the voices, even when they offer some kind of reward. They will always take you down the negative road.

·       Resist being angry or fearful. The only power they have over you is by the fear you give them. When you start to become upset, start thinking about good times and keep busy.

·       Demons put immoral or terrifying thoughts in your head and then try to make you feel guilty about them.

·       Be aware of their tricks to make you doubt yourself, become fearful, anxious or angry. Learn to know when it is happening and change your mood.

·       Demons will try to put blasphemous words about God in your head and then tell you God has rejected you and there is no hope left for you. DON’T BELIEVE THEIR LIES!

·       When they persuade you to think shameful or immoral thoughts, understand it was not your fault. Renounce the guilt and shame and start anew.

·       Demons will try to convince you are someone else, as Jesus or someone special or even a common demon name you remember.

·       Voices will try to convince you that Satan has control over you and you have no other choice to obey him. It’s a big lie!

·       The demonic voices will try to make you think you are being contacted by a dead relative or loved one. Or even some future information about a friend dying. It’s another trick. Don’t fall for it.

·       Demons will threaten to hurt you and give you pain. Make fun of them.

·       If demons try to make you injure or harm yourself, call upon Jesus to cover you in His Blood.

·       Voices will get angry if you ignore them. Don’t focus on them.

·       Demon voices will try to stop you from going to deliverance or to friends. You may even experience headaches or a sick feeling: Just push-thru and go!

·       Voices will try to make you focus on them and not go out of the house. Wake-up and just go.

·       Demons might try and complement you on occasions to trick you into communicating with them.

·       They will try to convince you that people think certain things about you, say things about you or they can hear your thoughts. People are always looking at you everywhere you go. They are following you and reporting back to an organization of your actions and where-a-bouts, etc., they will try to make you mistrustful of others, they can't and don't.

·       Voices will be judgmental of people you see by saying things like old, fat or worse. This is because they want your mind to get to the point where it naturally starts doing it and make you negative.

·       They will try to give you phobias or fears by telling you a list of negative possibilities that could happen when confronted with something.

·       Voices will try to give you OCD (Obsessive, compulsive disorder) by telling you to constantly repeat an action like check a water tap is off or a door is unlocked. Learn to remember your original actions. Picture your guardian angel reassuring you it’s good and safe.

·       Voices will try to make you depressed; this is because they want to tempt you into becoming as negative and upset as possible, the more negative you think the worse it gets, don't let them win.

·       Voices will ask 'What if' questions all the time, they are hoping that you will answer them or go into wondering about what they said. Don't let them manipulate your thought process, think of nice things.

·       Everyone has these voices but they just can't clearly hear them.

·       Learn to analyze common tactics of the voices like this list does, once you know the methods used, they will be less effective on you.

·       Try not to communicate by talking in your mind, voices will later tap into a deeper mental voice then make it seem as if you are still talking with thoughts.

·       Replace negative words with positive words, even if they say something disturbing try to then think of something nice like Jesus after.

·       If you ever visualize the voices, think of them as something nice like a cute animal rather than demons.

·       Try to be disciplined and relatively sin free. Repent and stand up again if you sin. Renounce all guilt and shame.

·       The voices will try to make you feel guilty. They will put an evil thought in your head and then convict and condemn you for thinking about it.

·       Try not to listen to or watch anything negative, when you do it's just more negative content they can talk about.

·       If you visualize images in your mind’s eye you may experience negative images appearing and them a voice after blaming you for what you could see, the voice placed it there and they want you to feel guilt.

·       If you can't stop thinking about things or keep going around in a loop of thoughts you are experiencing a mental health problem called 'Flight of ideas'. Hopefully these tips will help you with this.

Nightmares / Sexual Dreams / Sleep Hallucinations:

·       With dreams, sleep hallucinations or paralysis you can be overwhelmed with an emotion like intense fear when you wake, this can be normal, you are safe.

·       Once you start hearing voices (psychosis) nightmares are common after, when you have them and remember what happened try to overwrite the negative parts by visualizing more positive things.

·       When you have sexual dreams know you are always safe even if a creature was to try and attack you. (See procedures pg. 38)

·       Certain medications like zopiclone can increase hallucinations.

·       When you have hallucinations and see people’s faces, demons or creatures then learn to ignore it rather than wondering who or what they are.

·       Sleep paralysis dreams are when you see a room similar to your own which are accompanied by the feeling of being dragged off the bed or the room spinning and fear. This is just mind games to scare you.

·       Paralysis visitations are when you are resting and become frozen then see a person or hear voices from psychosis in a much more realistic way, when you return to normal you will feel fear but don't worry.

·       Guilt dreams are when you are shown things relating to negative things or sins you have done in the past. These are shock tactics and if you no longer sin don't worry and just remember it was past events.
